How do we move from the negative/protective mind and into the positive/opportunistic mind? Through ancient yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) that allow us to access our Highest Potential.
Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold. The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind. Deep breathing also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins providing healing physiological benefits.
By learning to breathe more effectively it has been scientifically proven to decrease stress, improve sleep quality, increase mindfulness (we will cover this extensively in our program), reduce high blood pressure, improve lung function, and enhance cognitive brain functioning. All of these tools can fundamentally make for a better you!
